I got to hang out with my buddy Vikas last week week at Bonnaroo. He has this nack of picking up music that I may not in most circumstances listen to. He has introduced me to many of the artists and bands I love today. He often raids these dollar bin CD’s at record store and ends up finding a lot of gems. Last week I decided to follow the suit.

I picked these CD’s and they costed me like $7. Extremely happy!

Steve Von Til – As The Crow Flies. I am happiest with this purchase. I love Neurosis and this album kicks ass. Give it a listen, its mellow, acoustic and haunting!

Ugly Kid Joe – As Ugly As It Gets. Old memories, I think Viren or Vikas owned it on a cassette. =)

Medeski Martin & Wood – Last Chance To Dance Trance (Perhaps): Best Of 1991-1996. Early MMW. You cannot go wrong with this. BTW Combustication is remastered and released on vinyl!!!

REM – Life’s Rich Pageant and Fables Of The Reconstruction. Classic REM!
