I stumbled on this link that talks about the essential coffee shops in America. Happy to see three Seattle coffee shops on that list. We love coffee here and I love me some coffee too.

Vivace is my favorite coffee shop in the area. I love Victorola and Milstead too. I would have put Ada’s up in that list as well – maybe since its a bookstore, they got left out. From Portland, I would definitely put Behind the Museum cafe on that list. Its crazy how consistently awesome they are! Public Domain has some amazing coffee but sometimes they are a hit-or-miss. Coava is another awesome place that serves great coffee!
